Natasha and Clint's Story in the MCU

This project is a 9 hour cut of the MCU all from Natasha and Clint's point of view. It covers 10 films and the Hawkeye TV Series.

A challenge for this project was crossfading the audio inbetween scenes to make the sound design and music feel seemless.

A major edit I made to the project was editing Black Widow inbetween Captain America: Civil War and Avengers: Infinity War. This is to maintain the chronological series of events from Natasha's point of view.

A 4K Edit is currently being made and is being released in 9 parts. The final cut will be an Omnibus.

The Daughters of Star Wars: Andor

One of Andor's strengths as a TV series is the great cast of female characters. Each female character has a unique story that I wanted to put at the centre of the project.

My workflow had a major change during the making of this project. I initially edited every single shot in black and white but upon realising that this made progress slow, I changed everything around. I now edit one scene at a time, not a shot in Black and White.

I will be returning to this project once Andor: Season Two comes out on April 22nd 2025.

What if La La Land was a Silent Film

What initially started as simply listening to Abdullah Ibrahim's album 3 became something unexpected. I felt the story of Mia and Sebastian in the music and the idea to make La La Land a silent film was born.

My process of making a Silent Film focused on three elements: Making the film Black and White, Using modern Jazz music as an accompaniment to the picture and choosing what dialogue wasw important enough to make into title cards.

​

What I loved about making this project was discovering a lot of new Jazz music from the 2020's. I'm so happy I discovered Jasmine Myra during this process. 

​

A challenge I faced was timing the music to the image. Some shots were shortened and even cut entirely to fit the pacing of the music.

​

AI was used in the making of this project to remove the vocals from the La La Land soundtrack. I particularly loved the result from the song A Lovely Night.

​

I do intend to make a 4K edit of this project within the next year as 2026 will be the 10 year anniversary of La La Land.
